However, keep in mind that fully developing it may take several months, or even up to a year, depending on how your body responds. On average, it takes about 3 months for it to fully develop in your life.


It’s nearly impossible not to see any results, because this course is designed to bring out your full potential. Think of it like learning to swim through a storm and then saying, “I don’t know how to swim.” If, after a month, you still don’t see any results, it likely means you’re either not being consistent or not following the instructions properly.


Keep in mind, this is not a magical guide or a fairy tale. You still need to put in your share of effort. By consistently achieving small daily milestones, you will move forward slowly but steadily until you get there.

  • After that, repeating the habit becomes much easier.
